1. Nature of Services
All our offerings are digital services and custom solutions developed based on specific client requirements. Due to the nature of these services, returns or exchanges are not applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

The service has not been started, and a written request for cancellation is submitted within 24 hours of payment.

We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to technical or internal issues.

A mutual agreement is reached between the client and AMG DIGITECH SOLUTIONS regarding the inability to continue the project.
Note: Refunds are not granted for delays caused by client-side issues such as unresponsiveness, incomplete requirements, or change of mind after project initiation.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Services have already been delivered or partially delivered.

Custom work or development has started.

Delays due to client’s failure to provide required inputs.

Client is not satisfied due to subjective preferences after the agreed scope was delivered.

Digital marketing or SEO services where results may vary based on external factors.
4. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:

Our team will evaluate your request within 5–7 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Modifications or Revisions
Instead of a refund, we encourage clients to request reasonable revisions if the delivered service does not meet the original agreed specifications. We are committed to working with our clients to achieve satisfaction.
